3.1 Cancellation Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. This is your "cooling off" period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If we have not provided you with the legally required information about your right to cancel before you placed your order, your cancellation period is extended to 12 months and 14 days from the day after you receive the goods.

4. Conditions for Returns
4.1 Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as received
- Original packaging and labels must be intact
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken seals
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products returned after 30 days from the date of receipt
5. Return Process
5.1 Initiating a Return

- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address we provide
5.2 Return Shipping
For returns within the 14-day withdrawal period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
5.3 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Refund Process
6.1 Inspection
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.
6.2 Refund Approval
If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. The refund will include:

- Original standard shipping costs (if applicable and if the entire order is returned)

9. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process.
